What is a Fundraising Expeditions with Inka Magik? It involves people who are committed to fundraise for a charity of their choice and to promote their cause through travelling in one of our alternatives treks* to Machu Picchu in Peru.
How does it work? All you have to do is simply contact the charity of your choice and let them know about your plans to fundraise for them by travelling with us. Once you have got the charity approval to become one of their fundraisers, you will need to contact us and pass the charity’s details to us in order for us to get confirmation of their charitable status and your future fundraising involvement with us. It is your responsibility to cover your travelling costs and to organise the amount of money you wish to fundraise. Inka Magik will set a date for your trip to Peru and once your date has been finalised you will be expected to cover the registration for the cost of the trek and the administration fee. The administration fee will help us to promote your charity’s logo, PR cover of your trip and any other event you would like to promote within our website. We are willing to support you and to create awareness among our audience for sponsorship. There are no other costs involved in our fundraising expeditions and you will be encouraged to travel within 10 months.
