Terms and Conditions

1. All tour reservations should be made via e-mail or post to Inka Magik will then respond with the corresponding data.
2. The tour prices are per person. The prices are expressed in British pounds payable in this currency in the UK or its equivalent in American Dollars at the exchange rate on the date of the booking in cash via money transfer. Travellers who are all ready in Peru and request our services must paid in cash the full requested amount in US dollars or using Peruvian national currency before embarking into any of our tours.
3. Reservations from abroad can be made by payment of 50% of the total package price in advance and must be cancelled 4 weeks before departure. The price can only be changed in case of changes within local transportation cost such as in the use of the railway and in case this happen shouldnt exceed 10% of the package price proposed by us. Note that if you have done a reservation payment and turn up in Peru to cancel the whole package price, you are not subject to refunds.
4. Reservations cancelled 8 weeks before the departure date, can get a refund, apart from bank charges and administrative cost which can reach a rate of 20% of the total value of the trek.
5. If the individual traveller or group is unable to travel on the reserved date for reasons beyond their control, they can change the date of the reservation. But it is the traveller own responsibility to re arrange its flights and hotels to get to their destination for its new trek reservation. In such a case, Inka Magik should be contacted at least 30 days before the date of travel, so that the traveller(s) is/are not penalized.
6. In case of travellers delayed arrival due to a problem of international flight, local flight, buses, or any other transport Inka Magik is not responsible for the lost day(s) and will not be able to give refund of any kind.
7. Inka Magik is not responsible and will not refund travels cancelled because of documentation problems or administrative, legal, police or judicial problems, or any other personal problems of the traveller.
8. In case of accidents or other severe events that could put the continuation of the trip at risk, the tour Guide will decide to stop or to continue the trek for the entire group or only a part of it. In case of accident is at responsibility of the traveller to have its validated copy of personal travel insurance with him/her for his/her immediate medical attention. In case of interruption, our operator will reimburse the part of the trek that has been cancelled.
9. The trip schedules may be changed for climate and weather conditions, natural catastrophes, strikes and other conditions depending solely on the transportation company. In such a case, Inka Magik does not assume any responsibility and the itinerary will be adjusted according to the company providing the transportation. Our trek leader will take the most appropriate decision and inform the travellers as soon as possible. The itinerary can be modified upon request of the travellers, but they will have to pay in case of additional costs.
10. The trek does not include any type of insurance, except for those the transportation companies are obliged to provide in case of accident. It is suggested that travellers obtain travel insurance in their home country.
11. To enter in the jungle region travellers must have anti-Malaria medication and a Yellow Fever vaccination 15 days before travelling, please seek advice to your own practicioner before travelling.
12. The Trek does not include any other supplement which is not described in the itinerary; the tour leader does not recommend the consuming in excess of alcoholic beverages, as this might compromise your level of fitness to finish the trekking. Thus, is at traveller sorely responsibility to ensure it has passed an appropriate medical check and behave reasonable within the days of the trekking.
13. All advance payments by transfer of funds should be made in British Currency in UK, or Euros or American dollars using money transfer which will be confirmed by email or letter the payment. (Exchange rates would be confirmed at the time of your booking.) Alternative if you are in Peru you can paid the full amount in US dollars or Peruvian currency to our representative. However, last minute cancelations before or during the trip are not subject to refunds, unless exceptional medical circumstances are verified by a medical practitioner and our rep, such as theses cases arise the refund will be up to 10% of the total value of the trek/tour only.
14. Payments might vary accordingly to the ex change rate in case any increment it shouldn't over pass a 10% from the initial price. Please do verify the full advert price in our website before any payment has been done to us.
