
Our workshops are run by skilled local Peruvian artisans who have inherited silver-smiting techniques from generations. Local artisans are preserving the exceptional and unique jewellery-making that has been rooted in the Inka cultures for centuries.
Students will have the opportunity to purchase local resources materials, such as silver, gold or gemstones and understand it's use in the art of hand making jewellery and help the development of your own designs.
Our workshops are based in the talented artisan town of San Blas in Cuzco. You will be inducted to use raw materials, and learn from a variety of techniques in making hand made Jewellery.
Inka Art workshops are run weekly at a minimum of 10 hours and accordingly to your development it can take you up to 3 months to get an adequate standard. Remember you will be encouraged to make your own design.
Inka Magik can provide you with a local host family accommodation and also with Spanish classes to help you gain the most from your experience living in Peru.
