Lima-Iquitos and Jungle Nature.

Description:
Day-1 Transfer. At your arrival to the airport you will be transfer you to your chosen hotel in Miraflores city and have time for yourself to ralax in your super accommodation. Our representative will also provide you with information of nearby places you would like to visit during your leisure time. Day-2 Lima city tour. Today we will collect you from your hotel to travel to Lima city and tour around it's buildings, colonial streets some of them back dated from the Spanish conquest in the early 16th century. We will also visit diverse monuments which were built during the early formation of Peru�s Republic time. After spending time in Lima city, we will be visiting the Anthropological museum in Pueblo Libre district. This museum holds invaluable art craft, textiles, and jewellery dated before and after the Inca period. Finished our tour at the museum, we will have our buffet lunch at a local gourmet restaurant in this town which is very well know for its classic Peruvian dishes. After your buffet lunch we will head with direction to your hotel. In the evening we will invite you to gather in a venue for a drink and enjoy local life music. Day-3 Lima to Iquitos. This morning you will be transferred to Lima airport for 1 hour and 40 minutes flight to Iquitos, at your arrival to this city, you will be transferred to your chosen hotel. Iquitos is a fascinating city which has historic building sites remote to golden rubber era back in the late 19th century. You will have a free time to explore this city at your own leisure. Day-4 to 5 Iquitos to Heliconia Eco-Lodge. On this day, a representative will come to your hotel to collect you to travel on a boat trip to Heliconia Eco-Lodge in the jungle. The lodge is located 50 miles away from Iquitos and is close to lagoons full of wildlife. This is an incredible opportunity to have relaxing time immerse in nature. At the lodge you can opt to up grade your tour with the following options: land expeditions, canopy, fishing, bird watching programmes, or taking part in Shamanic ceremony. Day 6 Iquitos to Lima. You will be transferred from Helicondia Eco-Lodge to Iquitos by boat and escorted to the local airport to take your flight back to Lima and flight connection back to your country. If you decide to stay in Peru for longer time, we can book an accommodation for you at your return to Lima. Remember you can add or modify the days anywhere on this tour and could suggest extending your visit by travelling to see the Nazca Lines or indeed anywhere in Peru. Day-1 Transfer. Welcome to Lima, we will collect you from the airport and transfer you to your chosen hotel in Miraflores city. For those travellers who arrive early morning to Lima, there is the option to do the Lima city tour in the afternoon unless you prefer to relax in this town and leave it until we come back from Cuzco. Later on in the evening we will be gathering at a local restaurant to enjoy our national Pisco sour, or any other aperetif you might prefer to drink. Day-2 to 4 Lima to Iquitos and Helicondia Eco-Lodge. This morning you will be transferred to Lima airport for a short 1 hour flight to Iquitos, at your arrival to this city, you will be transferred on a boat trip to Heliconia Eco-Lodge in the jungle. The lodge is located 50 miles away from Iquitos and is close to lagoons full of wildlife. This is an incredible opportunity to have relaxing time immerse in nature. At the lodge you can opt to up grade your tour with the following options: land expeditions, canopy, fishing, bird watching programmes, or taking part in Shamanic ceremony. Day-4 Iquitos to Lima and Cuzco. You will be transferred from Helicondia Eco-Lodge to Iquitos by boat and escorted to the local airport to take your flight back to Lima and connection flight of 1 hour and 10 minutes to Cuzco city. Upon arrival in Cusco we will meet you and transfer you to you chosen hotel and enjoy the views of this city. In the afternoon you will enjoy a Cusco City Tour visiting the Inca fortress of Sacsayhuam�n, the Cusco cathedral and the most important temple of the Inca Empire, the Coricancha, the Inca Temple of the Sun. Day-5 Cuzco to the Inka Valley During early morning you will travel to the Inka Valley and visit the small village of Pisac which is well know for its artisans and open market fully of hand made art crafts and textiles. We can also spend some time at the Inca ruins of Pisac and then after head to another town called Ollantaytambo which has a fortress dated from the Inca period. We will have a lunch nearby this town and pass the night in the Inka Valley in a very comfortable hotel before taking the train next morning to Machu Picchu. Day-6 Machu Picchu Today you will have an early start to catch our train to Machu Picchu and stay nearby this famous archeological site in a small villages called Aguas Calientes. Once you arrive to Aguas Calientes you can leave your bags at your hotel and then take your bus transfer to the Machu Picchu ruins to enjoy a private tour. Late afternoon you will return at the Pueblo Hotel or the Sumaq Hotel, both excellent high end hotels down in the village. Day-7 Aguas Calientes-Cuzco city Today you will be leaving Aguas Calientes by train with direction to Poroy, the last station before Cusco, for a faster and more convenient transfer by road back to your hotel and enjoy the evening in this city at your own leisure time. Day-8 Cuzco-Lima Early morning you will be leaving with direction to the local airport in Cuzco to take your flight to Lima and then take your connection back to your country. If you decide to stay in Peru for longer time, we can book an accommodation for you at your return to Lima and tranfer you too. Remember you can add or modify the days anywhere on this tour and could suggest extending your visit by travelling to visit Titicaca lake in Puno or indeed anywhere in Peru.
