The following morning we will be traveling to Lima City and visit the San Martin square, and from there we walk though colonial streets of historic centre of Lima until we reach the Plaza de Armas or Government square. Than we will have an apperitif at one of the oldest restaurants in Lima called 'Cordano' which is next to the Government palace and train station. Finished our apperitive in Cordano than we will be visiting the San Francisco Monastery, which is famous for it's Sivillian tile work and paneled ceiling in the cloisters and catacombs under the church that are well worth seeing.

Finished our city tour in the old parts of Lima, we will be visiting the Musseum Larco in the beautiful surroundings of Pueblo Libre district. The Larco museum showcases remarkable chronological galleries providing an excellent overview on 3000 years of development of Peruvian pre-Columbian history. Located in a unique vice-royal mansion of the 18 century built, you will find the finest gold and silver collection from Ancient Peru. This museum is one of the best in art collection and will provide you with an unforgettable experience. Larco is one of the few museums in the world where visitors can also choose to enter the storage area with its 45.000 classified archaeological objects.

Pueblo Libre district, conserves architectonic and cultural vestiges of the different stages of the Peruvian history like the beautiful Church of Santa Maria Magdalena which was built on 1557, the house where the penultimate Virrey resided and the great liberators of America: San Martin and Bolivar. Before leaving Pueblo Libre district you will be invited to enjoy a glass of wine in one of the oldest taberns 'of Santiago Queriorolo' which most of their wines are currently exported overseas, and visit also the local Indian Market at a walking distance.
Finished our visit to this part of the town than we will be transfered to the modern Lima, visiting El Oliver park located in San Isidro district, from here our driver will head to your hotel in Miraflores and suggest you places to visit in the evening. Otherwise, we can make reservations to take you to a Pena Creole and enjoy the nigh at a rhythm of Peruvian folklore.

We will collect you very early in the morning from your hotel and travel to visit the Real Felipe Fortress which it was built by the Spanish to ward off pirate attacks during the colonial time. At the time Spanish Galeons were loaded with the Inca's gold and it was a paramount to protect the ships until they reached Spanish soil. Nowadays the Fortress is a militar museum.
After our visit to the Fortress, we will be Sailing to the islands of Callao. We will first see the yachts, warships and merchant ships at anchor in Callao Bay. Then sail over into the open sea, observing sunken and stranded ships. We pass the Isle of San Lorenzo with its long history going back to pre-Columbian times. There are fishing boats at work, and many colonies of sea birds and Humboldt penguins. The will be passing by the Palomino Island, home to a large number of seals and sea lions. At your request we can arrange to wear a wetsuit so you can swim amongst them, feeling an unforgettable moment. We then start our voyage back through impressively shaped islets and rocks.

This tour is characterised for the visit of open markets, churches and parks dates from the Republic time. Our first visit will be at the district of Magdalena del Mar, commonly known simply as Magdalena, is a seaside district of the Lima Province in Peru and one of the districts that comprise the city of Lima. Magdalena was officially established as a district on May 10, 1920 and it has an interesting commercial activity around its open market zone. We will spend some time around the market and visit one of the oldest churches El corazon de Maria (Maria's heart).
Then will be transfered to Jesus Maria district and walk across El Campo de Marte until we reach the San Jose church, from this location you will notice the open market which activity will gather your interest.

At 45-minute drive outside Lima Skirts we will be visiting the ancient pre-Columbian Pachacamac religious Centre overlooking the fertile Valley of Lurin and the Pacific Ocean. Built around 700 AD, as a temple for worshipping the Sun God, the complex is mostly constructed from mud bricks or adobe. The Temple housed an oracle and pilgrims come here to worship Pachacamac. Pachacamac was believed to be the Creator of the World and all of its creatures. The Archaeological site includes palaces, plazas and temples, that have been recently restored, and an on-site Museum housing interesting pre-Hispanic relics. Finished our tour you will be invited to have a lunch near Pachacamac ruins. At our return will stop over in Barranco for a short visit to it's colonial and streets than transfered to your hotel.
